Fullhurst Community College aim is to develop a national reputation for engaging the whole community in learning and for making learning relevant, exciting and challenging to every group and student within the school community.

Fullhurst will be committed to recognising, understanding and supporting students from all backgrounds and understanding their particular learning needs and style. It will also be committed to persistent and continuous improvement both for the organisation and for each and every student.

Fullhurst will foster a culture of achievement and aspiration. It will be a high achieving school committed to high rates of progression through to further and higher education and to developing a strong emphasis on employability and citizenship.
